I agree we need to start spending billions on R&D over the next ten years. I agree with Al Gore’s proposals. Nice forum, I will be back.
If we taxed the $800 billion that we sent overseas for foreign oil just 15%, we could raise over a Trillion dollars that could be used for investment in alternative energy over the next ten years.
